The Bear River Health Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to helping the recovery community and the community at large, through our works. We have identified substantial needs for assistance/aid in many forms during the early transitional period. This is the time when someone begins their individual journey on the path to long-term recovery. It is our mission to provide support across this crucial time in any way we can.
Bear River Health Primary Care
Integrative healthcare is more than a buzzword at Bear River Health, it is a mainstay in our mission to save lives and foster growth. That is why the Bear River Health Primary Care (BRHPC) was established, to provide one more supportive structure for people striving to remain in recovery. BRHPC is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. Our team of medical professionals understand substance use disorder and the complications that can exist on the path to wellness. BRHPC helps those facing issues relating to sustained health, even in the face of emergent or chronic disease, navigate around medication and treatment challenges.
