Special arrangements can be made for same-day admissions to our detox/withdrawal management program, as well as scheduled admissions outside of regular intake hours (10am - 7pm). Please call the main line and discuss your specific needs with your admissions team.

To be Admitted After Hours: Emergency admissions to our detox and withdrawal management are available. For after-hours emergency admissions to our detox until, please call our main number and follow the prompts for security who can connect you with the correct staff person.

Care hours: All residential locations are staffed by medical staff and security 24 hours a day.

Reaching a Client: To leave a message for a client, call our confidential client mailbox at 231.535.9203.
If you need to reach a client in case of an emergency, call our main 231.535.2822 and follow the prompts for security.

Please remember, no visitors are allowed at any of our locations without an appointment.
