BRH MEDICAL TREATMENT TEAM

This team comprises of three (3) licensed providers:

Dr. Mark Brewster, MD, MS is the Chief Medical Officer.  Basically, all medical treatment decisions for clients in the Detoxification and Residential programs are over seen by Dr. Brewster who supervises all direct care. Assisting him is Joseph Sullivan, MD who acts as the Medical Director of the Outpatient program and Medically Assisted Treatment program. Both of the staff medical doctors are assisted and backed up by physician's assistant Trista Paone, PA. This treatment team sees every detoxification patient daily and every residential patient a minimum of on time per week. 

This team consists of skilled nursing. We utilize a team of trained Registered Nurses (RN's) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) to provide a nurse on premises twenty-four (24) hours per day. During working hours a Certified Nursing Aide is usually assigned to help provide additional care. When the census requires additional support we utilize Certified Nurse’s Aides (CNA's) We can handle an ACSM acuity of 3.7 which is medically supervised in contrast to some other facilities who only use "peer to peer" supervision and a lower level of acuity. We employ six (6) full time nurses and six (6) part-time nurses and two (2) nurse aids.

BRH CLINICAL TREATMENT TEAM

The Residential Clinical team is supervised by Dr. Mark Brewster, MD, MS, and Elizabeth McCormack, LMSW. The residential clinical treatment team has two (2) full time master level therapists: Annette Goodyear, LPC and Rosaria Vasile., LLMSW. The clinical team is supported by Genevieve Groover, BSW who is the Clinical Quality and Compliance Officer who ensures that all medical and clinical documentation is properly and timely entered. The clinical team also has therapist, Elizabeth McGann, LLMSW who splits her time between the residential and out patient center. Our facility trains intern which often provides a second skilled person into the process of education. The Outpatient facility traditional program is led by Elizabeth McCormack, LMSW and the Wellbriety Director is JoCindee Sawaquat, MA, LLP, CAADC who is certified Firestarter with the White Bison Red Road to RecoveryTM The Outpatient team includes Elizabeth McGann, LLMSW and Genevieve Groover, BSW and the use of trained interns.

BRH ADMISSION TEAM

Pam West is often the first contact persons will speak to in the admission process. Pam West is tasked with both Marketing and Client Orientation in addition to working with new inquiries. After a determination has been made that a prospective client is committed to enter a Path of Recovery and with Chritina Haney the BRH Financial Responsibility Manager who coordinate the proper determination of the proper Level of Careas determined by the medical and clinical team.

The BRH team comprises of forty-two (42) persons who handle all the administrative and operational  aspects including housekeeping, maintenance, food services, accounting, compliance, marketing, drug testing, IT and executive management. These dedicated professionals often work long hours to make sure that your experience here helps you learn the tools necessary to recover form drugs and alcohol addition.
